IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.

Booth bookings, participation obligations and the Franchisor First Promise. The signed exhibitor agreement governs each confirmed booking.

1. Organiser and scope

IIFX FranchiseBAZAR (India International Franchise Expo) is organised by Fravex LLP, 307, Swiss Complex, 33 Race Course Road, Bengaluru 560001. Sending an enquiry does not itself reserve a stall or create a paid booking.

2. Booking and booth allocation

Published package prices are per city and exclude GST. The 2026 special launch prices apply until 30 November 2026. Booths are allotted after receipt of the full agreed payment and written confirmation, subject to category caps, operational requirements and availability. Specific booth locations are confirmed by the organiser.

3. Event dates and operating changes

Dates, venue arrangements, layouts, access, and programme details may change for operational or safety reasons. Rescheduling, relocation, cancellations, credits and refunds are governed by the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

4. Franchisor First Promise

The nine published commitments include category caps of seven brands per sub-category, audience reporting 14 days before the event, matchmaking from seven days before, consented lead details within 48 hours, a 30-day follow-up campaign and a published post-show report. If the stated audience target is missed, a credit equal to 20% of the stall fee is applied against a future IIFX FranchiseBAZAR edition, as governed by the agreed booking terms. This is not a cash refund.

5. Targets and business outcomes

Visitor, exhibitor and meeting numbers for 2027 are targets rather than guarantees. Participation does not guarantee leads, signed franchisees, revenue, investments or business returns. Past Aquarius exhibition results with FranchiseBAZAR participation are not previous IIFX results.

6. Exhibitor obligations

Exhibitors are responsible for the truth and legality of the information and offers they present, including business claims, registrations, licences, franchise disclosures, trade marks, advertising and intellectual property rights.

7. Personal data and consent

Visitor information may be shared with exhibitors only where authorised by an appropriate consent and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Exhibitors must protect personal information and use it solely for permitted purposes.

8. Governing terms and contact

Each accepted quotation and exhibitor agreement governs payment, cancellation and dispute arrangements for that booking. For details, email exhibit@iifxpo.com. The applicable exhibitor agreement provides the governing dispute resolution provisions, subject to mandatory legal protections.
